I workout in the morning rather than at night, I’m focusing more on the diet than I did last time, I’m really trying to include a recovery formula right after I exercise. To prepare for the max.Today was my first day of Max which is this workout. I pushed harder than ever and felt good as I kept pushing as the people in the video took breaks. I definitely feel this month will render excellent results and my friend and I decided to also do the Max month twice, making insanity a 4 month program for us.

This is without a doubt, the hardest workout I’ve ever done in my life. So you will have 30 days to build up to the MAX workouts. Month 1 is still challenging.So you’ll want to take breaks as needed, and allow yourself some time to adapt. It’s okay if you don’t keep up at first.

If they were too easy, it would not get the results as quickly. Don’t buy from the Beachbody website. I used to run ultra marathons in my twenties I’m 48 now and boy oh boy I gotta say insanity is mentally tougher than running 52 miles 🙂 or is it me getting older? Who knows but sure as anything the results speak for themselves.7 weeks ago people weren’t walkingr up to me and asking ” what workout you doing is there any chance I can get a loan”!
