I also ran into this issue at my place of work with a user needing to use an older Intuos 3 tablet with Windows 10.Uninstall the current driver and restart the computer. Go to Wacom and download an older driver (One that does not even say it is for Windows 10)Under the Drivers for Intuos hit the 'show older drivers' and download the: Driver 6.3.11-4a (XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8) 3/2/2015 143 MBInstall that driver and restart the machine.You will now see a Wacom Tablet in Device Manager and be able to open the Wacom Tablet Properties in the Control Panel. I'm having the same issues, i don't wanna make a new thread. But I cannot get my tablet properties to open, and it says there is no supported tablet device connected to my pc? I cant get my sensitivity back, and i followed numerous threads, steps and so on to get this fixed. This is the recent thing i have tried, but still.cannot get the properties to open or anything.I am on windows 10.and other users have said that these things usually happen after an update on windows. RIP me.side note.

its been like 3 days since windows updated, and 2 days for me trying to get this fixed.)Edit: I also followed the steps in this link. No luck either.
